I’m all a-twitter about Twitter this month and the wonderful people over at Young Female Entrepreneurs have let me share some social love and advice on their site. I’ve written a guest post for them on 3 ways to use Twitter for your existing business.
Young Female Entrepreneurs is directed by Jennifer Donogh. Since she launched the site in 2011, her work with YFE has resulted in her being honored by the White House as a Champion of Change for Young Entrepreneurs. Her site helps bring together young women in their 20s and 30s and provides information and support for their entrepreneurial journey.
One of Young Female Entrepreneurs signature events is their #YFEchat. The event happens on Twitter every two weeks and is a great chance for young women who own their own business (or those that are building their business) to network and mingle. A kick-off mixer will happen on April 27th from 8/11pm eastern. It will be followed by events in May and June where discussions will take place about negotiating, sales, and when to pay yourself.
Male or female, I’d suggest you checkout what YFE has to offer! You can connect with them on Twitter @yfentrepreneur and check out the great advice their website has to offer at youngfemaleentrepreneurs.com.
