le, by day my work space is filled with party gorillas, flying monkeys, and cookie monster cupcakes. By night, my home office is filled with a Flava Flav alarm clock, girly lamps, and smiles on a stick. All are things that put a little pep in my step. Here are a few ways to get your creative juices flowing by making your work environment a little snazzier. The pictures are fun items that can be found in my actual office.
How To Create a Happy Work Environment
Make it Bright
Add some serious color to your space. Your eyes will appreciate the break from staring at drab colors. Your brain will appreciate having something fun to trigger new thoughts.

Get Your Game On
People make fun of cheesy desk games. Ignore those haters. Incorporating games, puzzles, and brain teasers at work is great for getting you to think outside the box.
Be Picture Perfect
We work to make a living. We make a living to support our families. Seeing their smiling faces while you are on the grind will remind you that the time you spend nose-to-screen has real purpose.
Pat Your Own Back
As much as your co-workers love you, their packed schedules leave them little time to tell you how much you rock. Instead, tell yourself by putting self-love notes on the walls.
